Passenger argued that her dog fit into its carrier before boarding a flight — ‘She literally folded the dog’

Who let the dogs out?
In order to bring your fur baby onto a flight with you, many airlines require the pooch to meet certain requirements — like, its breed, size, and weight — and let’s not forget that your furry friend has to comfortably fit in a carrier under the seat in front of you.
Well, it seems like dog owners will do whatever they can not to leave their pups behind.
A recent TikTok is going around, showing a woman arguing that her adorable pup can fit into a way too small carrier, indicating that she is following protocol so the two of them can board their flight.
Warning: for dog lovers — and anyone with a heart — this video might be difficult to watch.
The video — that has over 300,000 views — shows a woman sitting at her flight’s gate, waiting to board, with her fluffy little dog freely walking around where its owner is sitting.
An airport employee approached the dog owner and told her that she has to have a carrier that the dog can comfortably fit in, if they both want to get onto the plane.
That is when the woman unzips a tiny pink carrier, plops her dog — who is clearly too big to fit — into it, and then shoves its head down in order to successfully zip it closed.
The employee is heard saying in the video, “You can’t fly like that. The dog has to be able to move a full circle, which she cannot do in that carrier.”
The two go back and forth a bit — each arguing their points.
Meanwhile, anyone with eyes can see that the dog is struggling to move, let alone get comfortable in her teeny tiny carrier.
The video ends there but it seems like the employee was not having it with this woman’s shenanigans.
The comment section on this video surprisingly had some mixed reactions.
Some people’s hearts broke for the dog being uncomfortable.
“She literally folded the dog in the carrier…poor dog,” one person said.
“That dog didn’t even wanna go in there,” another comment read.
“It’s no way that dog making a full circle in that bag. Poor pup!!!” a commenter empathized.
While other commenters seemed fed up with people bringing their dogs everywhere — especially on flights.
“People want to take their dog everywhere and don’t want to follow protocol,” someone shared.
“Can y’all leave y’all dogs at home or drive? In the restaurants, grocery stores, planes and trains. It’s out of hand,” another comment read.
“I understand ppl love their animals I get it! But there’s a time & place for everything,” wrote someone else.
