From La Liga to the Costa del Sol, Spain’s rising football star is living the high life in Beverly Hills-style glamour – just as the Premier League comes knocking.

Spanish footballer Nico Williams has scored himself a new home – and it’s no ordinary pad. The Athletic Bilbao and Spain national team winger has reportedly snapped up a luxury mansion in Marbella’s most exclusive enclave, Sierra Blanca – right as whispers of a big-money move to Arsenal start to swirl.

According to Spanish outlet La Razón, the property sits in Marbella by Fendi, an ultra-luxurious residential development created by entrepreneur Pedro Rodríguez, the man behind Sierra Blanca Estates. Williams’ move comes at a time when The Telegraph reports Arsenal are ready to boost his earnings from an already eye-watering €10.4 million a year to a jaw-dropping €15.3 million if he joins the North London club.

So while the 21-year-old star might be packing his boots for England soon, he’ll always have a sun-soaked escape waiting in Marbella.

Costa del Sol: Still the playground of the elite

The Costa del Sol has long been the go-to spot for the rich and famous, and now it seems Nico has joined a club that includes the likes of Novak Djokovic and Erling Haaland. The area’s blend of privacy, sea views and high-end living has made it a magnet for celebrities, tycoons and athletes alike.

Nico’s new pad isn’t just posh – it’s practically palatial. Set in the crown jewel of Marbella’s Golden Mile, the Sierra Blanca development is perched above the famous strip that links Puerto Banús to the old town, lined with designer stores like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel. Some locals have dubbed it ‘Spain’s answer to Beverly Hills’ – and with good reason.

The Marbella by Fendi mansions are tucked into a sprawling 9,000-square-metre plot, designed with ultimate privacy and security in mind. Think gated serenity, luxury fittings, and uninterrupted mountain and sea views – with the buzz of beach clubs and designer boutiques just minutes away.

And for a man who’s frequently spotted enjoying Costa del Sol’s beachside bars and summer nightlife, it’s the perfect base. Whether he stays in Spain or makes a Premier League move, Nico has clearly hedged his bets with this strategic property play.

A luxury investment with all the perks

With championship-grade golf courses, elite gyms, five-star dining, and iconic beach clubs just around the corner, Sierra Blanca is more than just a postcode – it’s a lifestyle in and of itself. And now, with Nico Williams on the resident list, the area has added another young star to its glittering galaxy.

So, will Nico Williams be trading tapas for tea in London, or will he continue to bask in the Spanish lifestyle? Either way, he’s already secured his place among football’s luxury elite.
