Speculation over the budding romance of Manchester City star Ruben Dias and presenter Maya Jama has intensified after the pair were spotted wearing matching Cartier bracelets.
The high-profile would-be couple are still yet to go public, but they have been linked after being spotted celebrating New Year’s Eve together in Ibiza.
They reportedly have been secretly dating for a couple of months, after Jama, 30, first caught the Portuguese’s eye when they first met at the European Music Awards.
Rumours of the romance have only intensified in the days following Valentine’s Day after the presenter shared the bouquet of roses she received on her return to the UK from Cape Town following the conclusion of the 2025 Love Island All Star season.
According to Game, Set and Match, Dias purchased a matching ‘LOVE Bracelet’ by Cartier – listed at £4,207 on the store’s website.
Jama was seen wearing the pricey gift in the Instagram post before Dias was spotted wearing the same item as he arrived for training ahead of City’s Champions League play-off second leg against Real Madrid.

The development comes a few weeks after Jama broke her silence rumoured romance with the defender, responding to a comment from a troll.
One user had penned a tweet about people who ‘sit on the net all day and obsess about people they don’t know and their relationships’.
Maya quoted their tweet with screenshots of earlier posts from the same user, where they reacted to news of her romance with Ruben by writing: ‘She don’t rest’ and that ‘women who jump from relationship to relationship are scary’.
Hitting back, the presenter simply wrote: ‘Oh.. but ..’ alongside two laughing emojis.
When Ruben shared the picture that’s thought to include Maya, one fan wrote ‘Maya Jama hard launch,’ while others posted gifs and images of her beneath his post.
Another appeared to be a fan of a potential relationship between the two, adding: ‘I ship Ruben and Maya so bad (sic)’.
One follower appeared to poke fan at the fact that Dias is currently out injured with a calf problem, writing: ‘You can pull Maya Jama but you can’t pull yourself back on the pitch??’
A source told The Sun: ‘Maya and Ruben swapped details at the EMAs and have chatted since, but things went up a gear in early December.
