‘First Take’ descends into chaos over Bill Belichick-Jordon Hudson photos

Mina Kimes isn’t the only ESPNer weighing in on the now-viral beach photos of Bill Belichick and his 23-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, that popped up over the weekend.

Monday’s installment of “First Take” took quite the detour when stars Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe zoned in on the widely seen Instagram photos of UNC’s new football coach balancing the former college cheerleader with his feet as she posed in the air during their stay in Jupiter, Fla.

“Bill Belichick, whatever he’s on, keep taking it. He’s on something,” Smith, 57, said through laughter. “… I’m not mad at him at all. I want to know what it is.”

Belichick — whose relationship with Hudson has captured headlines since its revelation last summer — ventured to South Florida last week for spring break with his lady love, who has chronicled their adventures on Instagram.

The legendary NFL coach, 72, paired some R&R at the beach on Saturday with Hudson’s acrobatics.

“#SpringBreak #UsTime #StillGotIt,” Hudson captioned Saturday’s post.

“First Take” host Molly Qerim attempted to digest the scene on Monday’s show by referencing the game “Airplane,” something Kimes called attention to in her initial X post on Saturday.

“That’s like a game you do with a little kid where they balance on your legs,” Qerim said before Smith interjected, “He’s 73, Molly!,” aging Belichick by a year.

Sharpe, 56, also quipped, “He on them Shannon Sharpe products.”

“… At 73, you see me with my legs up like that, call the paramedics,” the NFL Hall of Famer later added. “… You see me at 73 with my legs like that, it won’t be long now.”

Belichick and Hudson haven’t shied away from the public since making their relationship known in June 2024.

The couple made their red carpet debut in late 2024 at The Museum Gala in New York and traveled to New Orleans together for Super Bowl 2025 last month.

Hudson even appeared in a Dunkin’ commercial with Belichick that aired during the big game.

She has supported the eight-time Super Bowl winner as he prepares to coach his first season at the collegiate level.

Belichick was named head coach of the Tar Heels in December, roughly a year after he parted ways with the Patriots following 24 seasons.

UNC opens the season on Sept. 1 against TCU.
