A program has not three-peated since John Wooden’s UCLA Bruins won six in a row from 1967 to 1973, and that record will stand.

Since that UCLA run, programs that have won two titles in a row include Duke (91-92), Florida (06-07), and the aforementioned UConn (23-24).

Duke, Auburn, Florida and Houston entered the Tournament as the four No. 1 seeds, and all four remain.

So far, this version of the Tournament has been notable due to its lack of major upsets. For the first time since 2007, there will be no teams seeded 11 or lower participating in the Sweet 16, with 10-seed Arkansas representing the lowest seed remaining.
